From ICPO to delivery
Our standard sequence protects buyer and seller alike. Each step is documented and verifiable through your bank.

Buyer issues ICPO
The buyer sends an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order with company registration documents and banking details.

Seller issues SCO
We respond with a Soft Corporate Offer stating product specification, quantity, price and delivery terms.

FCO countersigned
On acceptance, a Full Corporate Offer is issued and countersigned by the buyer, fixing the commercial terms.
04
SPA executed
The Sales & Purchase Agreement is signed by both parties and lodged with the respective banks.

POP against instrument
Proof of Product is presented bank-to-bank against the buyer's payment instrument (DLC, SBLC or MT103 as agreed).
06
Loading & delivery
Cargo is loaded, inspected by SGS/CIQ, and delivered CIF to the discharge port or FOB at the loading terminal.
